Everything you need to get running.
Set up your practice, build plans, connect patients, and understand how MealCircle keeps care data where it belongs.
Quick start
Get from sign-up to your first assigned plan in four steps:
- Create your workspace and confirm your practice profile.
- Add a meal plan — build one or start from a template.
- Invite a patient by email or secure link.
- Watch their activity flow into the dashboard and alerts.
Workspace & team
Your workspace is the home for your practice. Clinic admins can add team members, assign role-scoped access, and route patients to specific providers.
Roles
Roles control what each member can see and do. Assignment boundaries are enforced everywhere — a provider sees the patients assigned to them, while managers see aggregate clinic context.
Plans & templates
The plan builder supports structured nutrition plans: schedule items, habits, targets, restrictions, and notes. Save any plan as a reusable template, and maintain a meal library for fast assembly.
Assigning a plan
Assign a plan to one patient or many in a single workflow. The patient is notified in their app and the plan appears on their Today view immediately.
Patients & Patient 360
Patient 360 is the record screen: overview, logs, check-ins, messages, alerts, plans, reports, and notes for one care assignment — with a care timeline that survives every handoff.
Patient app
Patients connect through a secure invite or magic link. The app answers plain questions — what to eat or log now, did I miss anything, can I still catch up — and keeps messages tied to the care record.
Alerts & retention
Alerts surface operational patient signals as they happen. The retention board ranks patients by risk band, shows the reason behind each, and suggests follow-up where authorized.
Reports & exports
Generate patient context and plan-performance reports for clinical communication, export them, and review send history — all from the care record.
Data & privacy
MealCircle handles sensitive care context with clear boundaries:
- Patient-identifying data appears only where a screen's job requires it.
- Clinic-level analytics stay aggregate — no named patient rows.
- Team and organization access preserve assignment and role boundaries.
