Yes! MealCircle is 100% free during private beta. No credit card required. All features unlocked. Once we launch publicly, paid plans will begin — but founding members lock in 50% off forever.
A patient who has logged at least one meal in the past 30 days. Inactive patients (e.g. past clients) don't count against your limit.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
You pay per practitioner. Patients are always free. Your Solo plan comes with one practitioner seat and up to 30 active patients.
BAA is available on Practice plans (upon request) and included automatically on all Clinic plans. Solo plan does not include a BAA.
Reach out — we can accommodate larger patient volumes on a custom basis, or upgrade you to a Clinic plan.

Your data is yours. We export all your patient data in standard formats upon cancellation. We retain encrypted backups for 30 days before permanent deletion.
