You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We verify ownership before processing deletion requests.

Email our support team with your request. Use the same email address linked to your MealCircle account for faster verification.
Include this information
- Your account email address
- Whether you are a patient or provider user
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
What happens next
- We verify account ownership for security
- Primary account data is deleted within 30 days
- Encrypted backups are purged within 60 days
