Fair use policy
The free concierge migration covers up to 5 standard plans per provider. Plans must be submitted as clear PDFs, documents, or high-resolution photos. If our team can’t read the handwriting, we may ask for a typed version. Please allow 48–72 hours for plans to appear in your dashboard.
Data privacy
Your clinical data belongs to you. We never share, sell, or distribute your plans to other providers — your library is private to your account. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and the original files you send us are permanently deleted from our intake system once digitized.
Offer terms
